Enchilada Pie (Grandma Glen's)

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 10oz can enchilada sauce
- 1 can corn
- 1 8 oz can corn
- 6 corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese
Brown turkey, onion and garlic. Add salt, corn, tomato and enchilada sauce. In a 2 quart casserole dish, alternate layers of tortillas, sauce and cheese. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
