Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 4 cups of rice
- 1 lb of bacon (chopped)
- 1 white onion (diced)
- 3/4 bunch of green onion (diced)
- 4 eggs (scrambled)
- 5 oz low sodium soy sauce
- Pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Cook rice and let cool until needed. Preferably day-old rice
- Cook bacon, set aside, and chop
- Remove most of the bacon fat. Leave some to cook the onions in
- Lightly carmelize onion in the skillet with some leftover bacon fat
- Add rice to skillet and turn temperature to "low"
- Scramble eggs and cook. Once done chop and add to skillet
- Add bacon back into skillet
- Add half of the soy sauce and mix
- Add green onion
- Add the rest of the soy sauce and mix
- Add pepper to taste
