Kalua Pig (Pulled Pork)

• 1 - 5 1/2 pd boneless pork butt
• 1-2 Tbsp Hawaiian salt
• 3 Tbsp liquid smoke
• 1 cup apple juice

Rub salt and liquid smoke around meat. Place in crockpot and pour in apple juice. Cook on High for about 3-4 hours. When completely done, drain fat and shred.

Serves 10-12 people
