Mikuni Pepperfin

Ingredients
- 5 ounces sushi-grade Canadian albacore tuna, raw (not required for sauce)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon yuzu juice (can substitute for extra lemon juice)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1½ tablespoons soy sauce
- ½ jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced
Combine, whisk until well mixed, and serve
