Ingredients
- Potatoes cut up
- Dried rosemary
- Dried thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- Avocado oil
- Garlic salt
Directions
- Cut potatoes to size
- Toss in a bowl with oil
- Season generously
- Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes mixing halfway through
