Rice Pilaf

2 cups Vermacelli noodles
1/2 stick of butter
1 cup white rice
3 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon & Seasoning (Herb Ox)
3 cups chicken broth
Brown vermacelli in butter. Add rice and bouillon seasoning. Add chicken broth. Simmer w/ lid on for 20 minutes. Stir and recover to simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Turn off and let sit covered until ready to serve.
