Pork Chops

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • salt
  • pepper

Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Brown in skillet at 300 degrees. Once browned, remove from skillet. In the same skillet, add can of soup with approx. 1/3 cup water. Stir until creamy. Add pork chops back to skillet and cover for about 20 min. Reduce heat if necessary.

Serve over rice.
