Spicy Ahi Poke

Recipe
- 1 lb of ahi tuna
- 1/2 bunch of green onion
- 6 tablespoons of sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 1/2 cup of low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of Thai garlic chili sauce
Note: This recipe doubles the original for extra sauce
Directions
- Mix sesame oil, water, soy sauce, and Thai garlic chili sauce together in a mixing bowl.
- (OPTIONAL) Lightly sear ahi tuna to your preference
- Cube ahi tuna
- Add cubed ahi tuna to the mixing bowl to marinate in the sauce
- Let sit in the fridge for at least 10 mins. (The more time the sauce has to build flavor within the ahi tuna + the spicier it gets)
- Serve over sticky rice
Note: The longer the sesame oil, soy sauce, chili sauce & water sit, the spicier it will get.
